As the Owner/President of Elevare, Holly Schifano is a skilled business professional who brings over 30 years of diverse experience, ranging from building solid core foundations to spearheading strategic human resource initiatives. Her experience leading human resource tactics for organizations of over 14,000 employees has included total rewards programs, compensation, employee satisfaction, policy and procedure development, and human capital management systems. Holly has worked closely with varying levels of leadership providing calculated planning, adoption approaches and collaborative implementation plans.
